BabyList: The Baby Registry for Every Mom
Posted by Linsay on 2/7/2013
Are you currently trying to decide where to open your baby registry?  It's a tough decision...mainly because there is no one store that has everything you will need or want.  Especially now-a-day when we have amazing niche sites like Etsy and Busy Mom Boutique (hey it's my blog, I'm aloud to shamelessly self promote) and countless other sites that have unique products that fit your specific needs but are not all-inclusive big department store types.
Chores for Preschoolers and the Littles

At the beginning of this year I decided I was going to be more intentional with my time so I would have more time to focus on the things I wanted to accomplish and the things that were most important to me at this stage in my life.  You know, like taking care of myself and my family to make sure we are all healthy and happy.  Spending quality time with my husband and my girls.  Taking time every day to read my Bible and pray and to create some margin in my day so that I'm not always stressed and overwhelmed.
The Diaper Stacker that Saves Space and your Sanity!
Posted by Administrator on 1/21/2013
Diaper changes seem simple enough before we have kids, right?   But then we have a new baby and realize that there are all of these steps involved in changing a diaper without letting your squirmy little bundle-of-joy roll off of the changing table or spread #2 all over the wall while you fumble through a few drawers to find a diaper...and a few wipes...only to realize that you forgot to refill your supply and need to carry your little bundle (who's diaper blow-out has now made it's way up his lower back) to the nursery closet to find a new box of diapers and then back to the changing table for a second try {insert frustrated sigh here}.
Freezer Slow Cooker Meals for Busy Moms
Posted by Linsay on 1/17/2013
I did it!  I finally took the plunge and did a huge freezer cooking session after seeing a ton of great feedback about it on Pinterest.  I figured it was another great way for me to save some time during the week so that I can focus on more important things that I want to accomplish every day.  Because honestly, I'm kind of done being in the kitchen every single day for a few hours {breakfast, lunch, snack times, dinner, clean up}.  Seriously. Enough already.  ;-)
Make-Ahead Smoothies for Busy Moms

Being a mom to young children doesn't often leave us much time to take care of ourselves. At least it feels like that on most days for me. I often think about how many hours I have in a week and then think "how did I not get x,y and z done this week?!" Although I'm usually able to grab a few bites to eat here and there and I get plenty of exercise running after my 2-year-old {especially now that she has stopped napping}, I've decided to make it a point to be more intentional with my time. Making time to take care of myself and do the important things first has to be a priority so that I'm a happy and healthy mom...and wife, daughter, sister and friend!
